What can be the cause of a sudden loss of a large mass of hair?
Answered By Hal Quixley
Some stressors such as high fever, illness, pregnancy, severe weight gain or loss and usage of drugs can really be a cause of hair loss. This happen when a part of growing to inactive hair is disturbed and some of the growing hair change into inactive ones. A large quantity of normal hairs falls out.
